Our Approach

Navigating Life with Confidence

Some days it’s the routines.
Some days it’s the disconnection.
Some days it’s the grief you’re still trying to make sense of.
And some days… it’s just everything all at once.

Ever catch yourself thinking, “Why am I like this?
Yeah… we’ve been there too.

If you’re craving a place where you can breathe, belong, and sort through what’s

really going on... you’re in the right place.

You don’t need a plan before you walk in. Come as you are- really.

We’ll help you sort through the rest, with safety, compassion, and a little bit of humour along the way.

Welcome to Gather. We are guided by the principle that true well-being emerges from meaningful relationships, and believe working collaboratively with clients will guide them to foster deep, authentic connections with themselves and others. Our client-centred, collaborative practice is informed through a strength- and attachment-based lens. We integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques with a focus on trauma. We are passionate about meeting you where you are, helping to navigate life’s challenges, whether you're seeking to heal from loss or trauma, anxiety/depression, addressing relationship concerns, ADHD, life transitions, or simply find a sense of belonging, and achieve personal growth.

At Gather we are committed to walking alongside you as you build the

kind of inner and outer relationships that truly sustain you.
